Pieces made from bent plywood , teak and beech framed items are now desirable and fit into most modern living spaces. The furniture designs were years ahead of there time  and were made of the finest materials available and to the highest standards . To compliment there furniture designers made other items such as lamps , hanging light fittings , bookcases side tables , stools etc .These type of items are now comanding high prices in the auction world and a signed piece from a renowned designer can fetch hundreds and sometimes thousands of pounds .
